Here are some images of what the house will look like when completed. We’ve made some minor modifications to this model, but it provides a good idea of what the house will look like when finished. The colors are not accurate. From the street, the metal roof line will be flat.
It will be three stories, with 3 bedrooms in the main house and 3 1/2 bathrooms. In the mother-in-law suite above the garage, it will have an additional bedroom and bath, for a total of 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms. There will be a second floor walkway between the main house and the mother-in-law suite. The garage will be double deep as a workspace for Kyle.
In the main house, the master bedroom is on the top floor with the master bath and sunroom between the two decks. The second floor has the 2 guest bedrooms, 2 baths, and an office. The bottom floor is open like a loft with the kitchen, dining area, and living area all open. There’s also a bathroom on the first floor.
