We settled on using a light slate blue for the exterior hardipanel with a dark grey stucco for the recessed areas. The white metal trim acts as an accent. We really like how it turned out. Here are some photos:

I drove by the site yesterday and it looks great.
My first condo was in Home Park (lived there 1999-2001 at the now-tan building at 287 14th Street) and I’ve always loved the neighborhood.
Although there was no deck on the roof of our building, I could up there with a ladder. Your rooftop deck would be amazing.
